During her tenure as Regional Director of Leasing at Equity One, Jessica oversaw the leasing of a 2 million square foot portfolio of retail properties, encompassing inline, anchored, and outparcel assets. Prior to this role, she distinguished herself at Madison Marquette, overseeing property management of more than 1 million square feet of shopping centers across West and South Florida. Jessica's hands-on approach to asset management, coupled with her adeptness in aggressive leasing strategies, has consistently translated into tangible value creation across the assets she acquires.
With over a decade of experience in retail real estate, Jessica brings invaluable insights to the table. Her tenure includes 12 years working for prominent private investment firms and REITs, honing her expertise in the intricate dynamics of the retail real estate market.
Jessica Malcolmson founded JEM Investments in 2017 with a dedicated focus on acquiring unanchored, value add B/C class strip centers throughout Florida. Since then, she has curated a robust collection of income-producing properties spanning shopping centers, warehouses, and short-term rentals. Currently, JEM Investments actively seeks investment opportunities in Florida, emphasizing value-add multi-tenant strip centers statewide.
